For food safety and liability reasons, we are not able to allow guests or hosts to take home leftover food from the buffet after an event. Once food has been displayed, served, handled, and exposed during the party, we can no longer control or guarantee the temperature, handling, transportation, or storage conditions after it leaves our facility.

Our priority is to protect our guests and maintain proper food safety standards. This policy is not about wasting food or limiting guests, but about ensuring that no health or safety risk is created after the event.

Urban Indian Flavors / Shubham Halls shall not be responsible or liable for any illness, injury, allergic reaction, foodborne issue, spoilage, contamination, or any other claim arising from food that is removed from the premises after the event. For this reason, leftover buffet food cannot be packed or taken home.

As a courtesy, when possible, we may pre-pack a reasonable amount of fresh food separately for the host before the buffet is opened or before the buffet is closed, at our team’s discretion. Buffet leftovers themselves cannot be taken home.
